Manu Aparicio has signed for Sam Piette's club, Izarra. In this Spanish site he appears in his Canada shirt

I was a bit floored by this, first, since no one else saw it, it was announced June 16, and I missed it too. Second, he played for a team that was dead last in their group in Spanish 3rd, 4th tier, a division lower than Izarra´s 2B. So it is a huge step up for Manny, who is born 95 and hasn't turned 21 yet.

Great find. I don't understand the Spanish football system, but I have Izarra categorized as 4th division. Is that incorrect?

Nice to see a guy who has bounced around the 4th and 5th division for a long time stick it out and finally get a shot to play at a higher level.

Yes, I'm happy for him. He really belongs in the 3rd division. He was always a little too good for the 4th. I was hoping he'd get promoted with BVB, but going to Paderborn is the 2nd best alternative. Hopefully that club will get their crap together. As you probably know, they were actually relegated, but got their spot back because 1860 Munich was relegated from the 2nd to the 4th due to financial problems.

Dont see anything on him so ill post this maybe someone knows more about him.

Jordan Perruzza born in Toronto (Italian dad), formerly with the TFC academy, is with the youth team of Empoli FC. Plays as a striker and scored 2 goals against Juve in March for the U16s. Cant find anymore stats or information on him.

Thanks. He is on our list under "Youth Abroad".

A solution could be to have a tab for players who are not eligible but might become eligible. In the current form and with the criteria of the first post, someone could look at this and think that we have a player who is starting games at cb in mls (opare) and is eligible.

We have a section called "Notes", I went ahead and made a note that he is currently not eligible.

As per this statement, Kofi Opare should not be on the list and not be tracked as he is not eligible.

Kofi Opare holds Canadian citizenship. If FIFA were to grant an association change (He played with US U20s a while back), he would be able to play for #CanMNT. Therefore he is still eligible, at least in theory.

Saw this tweet a couple of days ago. Can any German speakers find any news to back this up?

Randy Edwini-Bonsu got the permission to leave @VfRAalen1921 after this season, despite having a contract till 2017. //@Canucks_Abroad

VfR Aalen is a sinking ship. Everyone is leaving, but they need to make sure to have best appearance as possible to attract sponsors.

Having said that, REB didn't have the best games, from those that I watched.

Looks like Ethan Gage has stopped playing, at least for now: http://932kick.com/news.php?news_id=1283139

That really sucks. He should have stayed in Sweden :-(. Kinda reminds me of the David Monsalve situation with Finland and then another country (Colombia). Monsalve now plays in Guatemala, instead of coaching in League One. Maybe Ethan Gage, will get another chance.

Moved him to "All-Time"/Retired. A section that we still need to improve.
