Wow Sigma looks stronger than ever. Jelani Smith who signed with sturm graz in austria but only played with their reserve team in d3 and played in d5 germany. Giuliano Frano, Dominic Samuel and Jonathan Grant who have come back with usl experience and some players ready to go to strong college teams. Wondering if Marcel Zajac, Reggie Laryea and Duran Lee will also come back.
The team that qualifies for the Voyageurs cup will most likely add more high quality players and have a chance to get to the final four.

Jonathan Parolini of Durham used to play in serie d in italy when it was 5th tier and then played one game in the 4th tier with Bellaria Igea Marina. Vaughan also has the Mills brothers, Evan Brandon John who played in d5 germany and last year in usl with s2 and Dante Pavan who played in d4 and d5 italy. Master's has veterans Tristan Watson and Jelani Grant, Watson played d4 and d5 in germany and Grant played in multiple countries.  This is a high quality league. Glad to see stats posted. Hopefully they will put up some games online to watch.

Stamopoulos is still starting at LB with 23 in 27 games but his team is now in the relegation zone with 7 games to go.
Zambazis appeared on the bench for the first time this season in the league on April 9.

My take, Monsalve signed out of necessity: first time minutes, ok level of play, and a pay check. I suspect he is keen on leveraging this experience to move up a league and quickly..perhaps the summer window.
Regarding standard of play:  Tier 3 (Division 1) Sweden is a level above USL Pro and would challenge mid-lower NASL clubs

While it's not a depth chart per se, the CMNT Wikipedia page (which list players involved over the past 12 months) is kept up-to-date quite well and can be sorted by (general) position, age or caps received.

Rafael Carbajal seems to be assistant coach or possibly head coach of Canadian SC in Uruguay's second division.
Also looks like they have signed Andres Fresenga.

Hard to see a 22 year old from the 4th tier of Germany get regular playing time in the 1st tier of Romania. He'll probably start off with the 2nd team, which plays in the 3rd tier, which would be good for him to start. Good on him for still pushing hard.

Sorry that I've been off the grid for a little while, but the team is keeping the project alive.

I think that the real question was primarily one of trying to come to consensus and explain things properly. It was also a question of appreciating that the Voyageurs effort in Canucks Abroad has been going on since last century and could not be altered without open discussion.
I very much appreciate how you responded to those concerns, excellently and patiently. Since then the tone of the thread has been great, and the expanded content appreciated. The format is also acceptable, very functional, not particularly attractive in presentation, but totally useful. Good work.

Disagree.  I don't think his form was bad last year.  He had excellent competition at SKC and couldnt lock down a starting spot his first year in the league. It happens - doesnt mean he is not MLS quality.
His lack of MLS contract is more a product of teams not being able to justify an international spot on a left back, when he is at a comparable level to domestic left backs.  He was also on a decent sized contract, 190K, and was making more than Sinovic who was his left back competition.
He didn't have a great game against the US, but I thought he had a good Gold Cup, especially against Costa Rica.  He was at the level we needed him to be in the fall WCQs.  Lets not forget his free kick against Jamaica in the 2014 friendly and the strike against Ghana last fall.  He is still by far our best LB option and I hope things work out for him in Ottawa.

Not a bad move.  I think with regular football he'll find his form again.  NASL is getting closer to MLS than MLS is to Liga MX it seems.  Checking out some of the rosters there are some impressive players on every side.
