Well last i checked he had scored 5 goals in 4 games there were match reports.

They lost 4-0 to Anderlecht on Mar. 19th.

Lost 3-0 to Genk on Mar. 26th. Apparently Gent were missing 4 Belgium youth players.

Then they lost 3-5 to Brugges on Apr. 4th where Johnny scored twice. Video:

On Apr. 9th Gent win 1-2 at Standard. Johnny scores the first to tie the game.

cool, thanks!

seems to be  another promising striker.

Hopefully he'll get some 1st team minutes as soon as possible. More likely next season as Gent are fighting for European spots now, which seems to be a tight race.

How good is this league that he’s in ?

The top players in Belgium born in 1997 or later minus the best prospects who have broken into their respective first teams plus a couple of overage bench players. Watch the highlights, it's probably like PDL or maybe better.

He scored in a 8-0 rout of KRC Gent (fourth tier) on the 22nd as well. And he actually scored twice in the above mentioned 3-1 win over KVE Drongen on the 23rd. Tos would be proud.

Looks like they have plans for him.. very few Canadians have been in a position to earn spots at 18 on good European clubs, this lad would be getting more attention if not for the phonz.

Hes eligible for Haiti too sooo
