Update your shipping info ASAP

I've been waiting since May too.  It's unfortunate that it's fell through the cracks this long.  I've pretty much given up any hope in seeing a Voyageurs scarf.

 

Don't worry. You are getting it, and a bonus for everyone too. 

 

I lost all of that info in the first hack, including who got what.

 

I will be emailing everyone in the membership group this weekend to re confirm and re-enter everything.

I'm sending out individual emails to everyone Friday. 

 

I want to confirm all shipping info in the emails.  

 

It appears most of the shipping info has been restored in the transfer, but many have changed and some didn't make it. 

 

The info on who received what is totally gone.   That was stored on the profiles and did not survive the first hack at the end of the summer.

 

Will start packaging things on Sunday as I get responses. 

 

I'm sending something to everyone, but need to know who has already received what.

I won't be using those. I'll be using the one you emailed me.

 

When I get the store set up it will manage all that stuff. 

 

Those fields, the ones that survived got carried over from the old board. 

 

They are also not visible to the public, just in case you are wondering.  Or course if someone was going to stalk and kill you it would be your old address anyway....

I'm doing them one at a time. The U20 one I sent out, people received, but all replies get mushed into one thread. If I am getting info from people, it will be a mess.

 

Needs to be one at a time with a unique subject to separate them so they can be tagged.

I just realized that a very old email is in my Membership account. Not sure why......I have changed it. I never did receive an email on friday......

Hey Jamie, I looked over my profile and all my info is correct (Shipping etc..), I haven't received an e-mail yet which is cool. just to let you know.

 

keep up the good work :D

 

and forget the hatters (or the one I noticed in this thread) :lol:

I'm doing a bunch every day. 

 

I want every title to be  unique,  using the username, so I can track all shipping with tagging in gmail. 

 

As soon as I all the emails are out, a comet will hit Google.

Just curious where we sit on this, replied to the email back in April there Jamie and haven't heard/received anything since. Assume that comet actually did hit Google.

 

Yep.  I also replied in April and have received no update all.

 

News would be appreciated.

It's been almost a year now since I updated my address.

 

I see there are people quite busy selling tickets so clearly the Voyageurs are an org is not dead.

 

What's going on?
