Last minute goal in this game and a bit of a flukey one with a deflection off a defender and then bouncing in off the post. From the highlights we see Kennedy quite a bit, he is number 2 and Klagenfurt is in purple. He made a nice run and set up a teammate who really should have scored. From his positioning in the highlights it seems like he was playing RB although FlashScore had him listed as CB.
Yes it's worth a read. One of the things that stood out for me was:
"Big advantage for CPL is national healthcare. It’s shocking that USL does not offer medical insurance for players. I was livid when I heard that. My private insurance costs me a boatload!”
I hadn't thought about it but this alone will have major drawing power over USL.
And yes, I think it's shocking too that clubs in USL don't provide healthcare for their employees who are in a risk-profession.
In this hypothetical situation, I am imagining what sort of player Piette could be in two or three years, when he is in his prime.
Assuming he continues to grow and develop at this rate, I imagine a 26/27 Piette could earn his keep at a mid level French side, no?
